What if there is any repair or maintenance work?

We will arrange a vendor inspection and get a quotation for the repair works. Only when the owner approves, we get the work done.

What are supervision charges?

We charge 10% of the work value as our supervision fees. This is to cover the supervision of the property. If the owner doesn’t require supervision of work for some reason and also doesn’t want to use our vendor, we will not charge the supervision fees.

How is the quality of the vendors provided by Housewise?

Housewise onboards any vendor for repairs after thorough verification. In most cases, these vendors have worked with Housewise for long. These are trustworthy vendors. Housewise doesn’t take any commission from our repair vendors.
