Under this MoU, Housewise and JIM will collaborate, share information and technology to develop the required skills and intend to create a centre of excellence to support this collaborative effort for training staff in the areas of personal development, selling skills, customer handling, handling stress etc.

1. Research work leading to Ph.D degree in domain areas

2. Infrastructure Development

3. Capability development of the students,and provide scholarship for the needy student

4. Sponsored projects and industry visit

5. Recruitment, internship

6. Publication, Product survey

7. Workshops, conclave, seminars, Events and MDP

8. Institute an award in the name of the organization for the best out going student
