With the booming IT industry and ever-increasing commercial activities, Chennai has been experiencing a huge demand for rental house properties. As people move here from different parts of the country as well as from other countries, they look for a property which is safe and affordable. This raises a concern for the landowners while letting out their property on rent. In order to check any criminal background and avoid any illegal activities or damage in future, police verification of tenants is recommended for the landowners.
